I need assistance please. I have downloaded and installed DM6 on my Toshiba Protege R600, WIndows 7 running Kaspersky AV.
I performed a clean uninstall of the previous version (5.01).
Problem is that as soon as I run the app it hangs. I have installed as administrator and run as administrator. It seems to run an software update check when you launch the DM and that hangs as well. It seems to be going crazy because it hews up CPU and memory but it just hangs. I left it for over an hour.
I cannot roll back to DM 5 because the syncronise is not working with OS6 and Groupwise. So I really need for the DM 6 issue to be sorted.
Please help.!!
