    When I get that message, as I said, I just continue. I end up having to reset my theme's icon positions. That is my experience. Tomorrow, someone else may have a more precise answer for you.

    Sorry...was MIA for a bit. One of the databases in the advanced backup screen should be called "Compatibility Settings" Highlight everything except that one database and backup.

    I understand what you are saying and if I do it and backup I am guessing that everything would work fine. Once that is completed how would I correct the problem so that I don't have the error and there is no compatibility issue

    I talked with BB and I did security wipe and then reinstalled everything and did a sync and backup and now everthing is working

    Glad it's all working now. If you made the backup minus that one database and then wiped you should be good going forward as the corrupted db was not included in your restore. The wiped phone should have a clean DB.
