Thread: Trouble With DM Download

Trying to download desktop manager from blackberry.com.Keep getting error when trying to install.Tried multiple sites and downloads,no luck.Is there a link to DM anywhere without going through blackberry?Even tried through verizon.com,no luck.

Have you tried the app loader? To find it, follow the path below...

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

If your running Windows XP or lower, this is the path you want...

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

Once there you will see the app loader, the phone icon called loader. Just click on it and the loader will load. You can use this to reload your os.
