Trying to download desktop manager from blackberry.com.Keep getting error when trying to install.Tried multiple sites and downloads,no luck.Is there a link to DM anywhere without going through blackberry?Even tried through verizon.com,no luck.:confused:

Once there you will see the app loader, the phone icon called loader. Just click on it and the loader will load. You can use this to reload your os.
