Query in BB DM
I'm not sure if this query has been raised before.. but here goes
I've noticed that whenever i try to connect to DM at times it goes into a loop when its "Checking for device application updates" i can't cancel that task even if i want to and the only option is to close the DM using the PC task manager. If this prob is not there then when i go to application tabs and start then it goes into a loop when its "searching for available device software. Can anyone tell me what the issue is and if there is a workaround for this? Thanks in advance!!!
You may try removing and reinstalling the DM from your PC
