help me in downloading Dm 5.0.1.18

Can any body help me in downloading Dm 5.0.1.18? I cant find the working links.
I have messed up my Dm files on my laptop.

You can d/l straight from VZW or Rim..

Rim's website shows a 5.0.0 download but after you install that, the DM should find the updates and download you to 5.0.18

Not trying to thread jack or anything... but whenever I try to d/l the latest and greatest, as far as upgrades go for DM, and they just won't install (WTF?). I've uninstalled and reinstalled d/m countless times... and still I can't get the updates to install.

I'm running Win XP, and haven't had this issue before. It only started happening when DM 5.0 became official.

Any ideas why this is happening?:confused:

Are you referring to OS updates? I suspect the culprit here is the vendor.xml file. Navigate to c/program files/common files/research in motion/app loader and scroll to bottom to delete vendor.xml file. Also, do an advanced search (including hidden folders) of your pc for the vendor.xml...some pc's like to hide it well....If found, delete it...empty recycle bin and then try updating using loader.exe vs dm. :)
