Thread: Leaked: BlackBerry Desktop Manager 7 Beta

Earlier this week, BlackBerry Desktop Manager 7 was released in Beta Zone. Many wished that the beta would have been released to a larger audience. Well, some members of OpenSourceBB were able to stripped down the app to no longer need keycode.

Note: Since this is a beta version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager 7, please install at your own risk.

Do we know anything about what new features it has?

New thing(s) I found are:
Seperate configuration for each organizer item (contacts, calender, Tasks, memoes) You used to go to Organizer and then set configurations, then wach item, now an extra icon is next to each item.
Mostly tweakings in the looks. I think its even more simple.
I do keep getting that little red star (when there's an update) in the organizer, and it tells me it needs an update. I accept it but even after 5 reboots and eccepting the update it sems like it never does the so called update

I realized you just downloaded a Beta version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager, so I have supplied you an official and final version 7.0

downloading, will give feedback, i have had problems with some versions of v6, same problem described above, let me test this one.

I am personally using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 7.0.0.32 myself, and it works like butter.
