Thread: BIS Email Outage All Carriers

Oregon here: 5-25 min before things show up.:irked:

I sent one from my work email to my gmail (using my phone). Nothing came through on the phone so I checked my gmail online and the message was there so my BB sent it fine, it just didn't receive it. I then sent my service books and everything showed up in my inbox on the BB. Now I just sent another test (same from work to gmail) and again it isn't showing up in my gmail box. I think it receives when I send the books but doesn't receive on its own.

NO email in MO..... Verizon said its BlackBerry nationwide worse in some areas than others but had no detail

My vzw.blackberry.net email takes about 10-15 to receive on phone. My gmail does not get received on phone (known issue since 10:30a CDT).

Both of my email accounts send immediately.

i am in NY with verizon and have not received any email for two hours or so. I had to check via the mobile browser for my emails...

I am in Brentwood, TN today and email has been down since around 10 as well. Tried sending service books but no go. Kinda makes me wish I hadn't left my two iPhones at home

i just got 63 emails

In Colorado on T-Mobile...seems ok here, no problems.

If you are still having trouble. Resend your service book.. i still hadnt been getting my email... just sent mine... 93 emails later

Yeah just resent mine and kabooooooom. Guess I know what I'll be doing the next couple hours...
