• What does RIM Have Up Their Sleeve?

Hot on the heels of a long awaited iPhone 5 announcement tomorrow, a new video surfaced on the internet showing off BB10 working as an OS and not as a pre-packaged demo. Ironically it comes from a YouTube user going by the name of "macberryde" who also has other videos of the BB10 demos we've seen time and time again. It does show how smooth and fresh the user interface will be on BB10, as well as some features of the alarm and timer applications. But given that the video is dated "Juni" (June), it begs the question: what does RIM have up their sleeve?

Recently word has been spreading around that it is very likely that BB10 will launch with the most number of native apps in history, which is saying a lot, it means that developers are invested in RIM's offering and that it will have a thriving ecosystem on launch.

The competition is at a crossroads and is severing relationships with companies that helped it gain momentum and will unveil different technologies for some of its core apps. That being said, it is only a matter of time before we all get to see what RIM has been showing carries that has got them all excited. Is this enough to tide you over until BlackBerry Jam Americas? Let us know in the comments what has you most excited about BB10.

    Z10 Issue

Normally a 2 finger swipe from the bottom bezel will bring up the keyboard. If you hold your device like I do, then a 2 thumb swipe up will do the trick.
