  • Trulia Real Estate And Rentals For BlackBerry 10 Launches In BlackBerry World

If you're looking to move, whether buying a new home, or looking to rent, it can sometimes be tough picking where to look as there is so much info available both on and offline for real estate.

One of my favorite resources on iOS and Android for this has just ported over their app to BlackBerry 10. Trulia, as the app is called, helps potential buyers/renters check out what available real estate/apartments are around them, get a glimpse of those homes, contact the seller/renter, and much more directly from within the app.

It's pretty cool to note that on iOS and Android, Trulia is actually divided into two apps (one for real estate, and one for rentals), but for BlackBerry 10, they've been combined into one single app for ease of use.

Note: Trulia Real Estate & Rentals only provides listings in the US at this time.

    Key Features:
    • Nearby Listings: Using built-in GPS, see nearby homes for sale, apartments for rent or recently sold homes
    • Open Houses: Find open homes for sale near you
    • Custom Searches & Keyword Searches: Add search filters like price, lot size, number of beds, neighborhood, keywords, MLS numbers and more
    • Photo slideshows: View slideshows of homes, condos, town homes, apartments, and more
    • Updates: Get email notifications when new home listings come up in your favorite areas or there are status updates to your saved homes
    • Mortgage Calculator: Get personalized rates and calculate your mortgage
    • Cross-device Access: Login in to access your favorite searches and homes across all your devices
    • Connect w/Agents: Quickly contact relevant real estate agents about listings We'd love to hear your feedback! Email us anytime:
