We let you know last week that BlackBerry was set to release OS 10.3.1 to exisiting BlackBerry 10 devices (Z10, Q10, Q5, Z30) in February 2015, but it seems that some carriers might be releasing it quicker than expected.
According to a document received by MobileSyrup, TELUS plans to release 10.3.1 in the "next few weeks" for BlackBerry Passport, Z30, Z10, Q10, and Q5 devices.
The document is dated December 11th, which would make February 2015 more than a few weeks away (approx. 7 weeks). Could this mean that BlackBerry's mention of February might be related to a more wide global rollout, with some carriers releasing the OS beforehand?
Do you think TELUS will release 10.3.1.1154 (current OS of BlackBerry Classic) for the remaining devices, or will we be seeing something closer to 10.3.1.2xxx? Let us know in the comments below!
