• TELUS To Launch New International Roaming Packages

    Great news is coming for international travelers who use TELUS. Through an internal doc leaked to MobileSyrup, we now have information on the long-awaited International Roaming packages that TELUS should be finally launching next week.

    These packages will be able to be added to your plan & will be applicable for Western Europe, Oceania and Mexico (including popular travel destinations such as Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, New Zealand, Mexico, and more).

    Here are the details:

    Combo Passes

    Combo Travel Pass 50 ($50):
    - 50 minutes (overage is 60˘/minute)
    - 50 texts (overage is 30˘/text)
    - 25 MB data (overage is $1/MB)

    Combo Travel Pass 125 ($125):
    - 150 minutes (overage is 60˘/minute)
    - 200 texts (overage is 30˘/text)
    - 100 MB data (overage is $1/MB)

    Individual Passes:
    - Data Travel Pass 25 ($25) 25 MB data (overage is $1/MB)
    - Data Travel Pass 65 ($65) 100 MB data (overage is $1/MB)
    - Voice Travel Pass 30 ($30) 50 minutes (overage is 60˘/min)
    - Voice Travel Pass 75 ($75) 150 minutes (overage is 60˘/min)
    - Text Travel Pass 15 ($15) 50 texts (overage is 30˘/text)
    - Text Travel Pass 30 ($30) 200 texts (overage is 30˘/text)

    I figured it out. Under settings/keyboard the Keypress Pop-up was set to off.

    BB z 10 Factory reset

    A factory reset will wipe your phone and reload the os. If there are os updates available, you'll be prompted to download them when your phone is finished
