You can either purchase, pre-order, or pre-register from T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint. Don't forget to unlock your new Q10 using the official BlackBerryOS.com unlocking service.     The new BlackBerry Q10, the first BlackBerry 10 smartphone to feature a classic BlackBerry QWERTY Keyboard, is available in the US today. The BlackBerry Q10 combines the power of the BlackBerry 10 platform with a large, re-engineered physical keyboard and stunning touchscreen display – the largest ever on a BlackBerry QWERTY smartphone.

    The BlackBerry Q10 smartphone will be available for purchase today on T-Mobile at $99.99 down and 24 equal payments of $20. It is available for pre-order on Verizon today and will be available for purchase online tomorrow and in-store beginning June 10 at $199.99 with a two-year contract. It is also available through pre-sales at AT&T at $199.99 with a two-year contract. Sprint customers can pre-register online for more information about BlackBerry Q10, which will become available this summer.

    ABOUT THE BATTERY

    Sounds like a battery issue. Get yourself a new battery and hopefully, that will solve your problem. If you've already done that, try reloading your os.
