• Smartphones and Tablets market wide open for growth

Anyone who believes the talk that we're nearing some sort of saturation point with the two hottest device classes of the moment with smartphones and tablets, needs to check out this latest data from investment bank RBC Capital Markets - as only an estimated 394 million people already possess one of these gadgets. Only 0.3% of the Earth's inhabitants owned a Tablet at the end of 2010, RBC analyst Mike Abramsky notes today in a detailed, 88-page report about the future of the tablet market. That means 99.7% of the people on Earth still haven't bought a Tablet yet! The Smartphone/Tablet market is wide open and ready to take a bite out of the overall gadget market in years to come.
