Developer, Ionut Dediu, has just let us know that SmartCam is now available in BlackBerry World for BlackBerry 10. SmartCam turns your smartphone into a handy webcam ready to use with your PC. Make your phone a wireless webcam over bluetooth or WiFi.

Simply Install the PC version of SmartCam from http://sourceforge.net/projects/smartcam/ and you'll be able to use your phone as a webcam in Skype, Yahoo Messenger or MSN messenger.
