The BlackBerry Classic is set to bring back the “belt” row of function keys (call, menu, trackpad, back, and end buttons) when it will be unveiled during three simultaneous events in New York, Singapore and Frankfurt on December 17th.
BlackBerry went live with its own Classic pre-orders through its online store for $449USD/$499CAD. Rogers is the first Canadian carrier to confirm they'll carry the QWERTY device, by beginning to take online reservations in their system. The actual pricing is not known at this time.
The BlackBerry Classic is rumored to feature a 3.5-inch display with a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, 2GB of RAM, 2515mAh battery, 8MP camera, 2MP front-facing camera, and weigh in at 178 grams.
