  • RIM Outs New Devices Via BlackBerry Developers Blog

When devices with new resolutions come out, developers must adjust their apps//etc to fit them. In the latest BlackBerry Developers Blog entry developers are told to start "preparing now for new screen sizes and resolutions supported by BlackBerry 7." The above image is also attached which connects resolutions to certain device simulators including the 9810, 9850 and 9360.

While the existence of the devices might not be news to most of us, let's remember RIM hasn't announced any of these devices publicly and putting it in a public forum is a little unlike them. So why has RIM not announced any of these new devices but yet has no problem posting screen resolutions and future simulators for them?
