• RIM Opens Dedicated After-Sales Service Center for Indonesians

    Video Description: Adding to the existing 56 BlackBerry Expert Centers located across Indonesia, Research In Motion, together with partner Sitcomindo is pleased to announce the opening of a new BlackBerry Expert Center that for the first time is exclusively dedicate to after-sales service. It is strategically located in the Duta Merlin complex in Central Jakarta.

    This new BlackBerry Expert Center offers the most comprehensive set of after-sales services offered by an authorized partner, furthering RIM's commitment to continuously delivering excellent after sales support to customers. The BlackBerry Expert Center aims to provide fast service and onsite repairs where possible to enable customers to retain their existing handsets (and PIN) without the need of a loan or replacement handset. This enhanced repair capability has also been extended to BlackBerry Expert Centers in Jakarta's Kelapa Gading Mall, Ruko Roxy Mas, Taman Anggrek Mall, with many more to come over the coming quarters. Repairs that cannot be completed on site will be undertaken by trained experts in a dedicated plant based in Indonesia.
