  • RIM Offering How-To/Tutorial For Push Enabled BlackBerry 10 Apps

Whenever I think of RIM or BlackBerry, the first feature (other than BBM) that typically comes to mind is push/push notifications. Push is basically what it's name implies: it allows you to push information to your BlackBerry smartphones the moment it is available, and you get the push message almost immediately after it’s sent.

Not much is known how RIM plans to implement this feature within BlackBerry 10, but with the recent SDK updates it seems that RIM has added push service support.

Push Capture is a sample app for push being offered by RIM in the new WebWorks SDK that will help you gain more insight in how to implement push in BB10.
