BlackBerryOS.com - RIM: 'No plan to discontinue BlackBerry PlayBook"
  • RIM: 'No plan to discontinue BlackBerry PlayBook'

Research In Motion has responded to the latest rumors started by BGR concerning the discontinue of the WiFi enabled BlackBerry PlayBook. In a tweet directed to @BGR, @BlackBerry, RIM's official Twitter account, is quoted as saying that report is "pure fiction." I personally appreciate the quick, simple, direct response to such a "report" (if that's what you want to call it). Now come on PlayBook 1.0.7 update!
