• RIM CIO Robin Bienfait To Retire At Years End

A key part of Research In Motion's executive team is headed towards retirement at the end of the year. Chief Information Officer Robin Bienfait announced her plans to retire at the end of the year. Her announcement came on the heels of RIM's Third Quarter Earnings report.

Bienfait was brought in six years ago as the head of RIM's Enterprise Services and was instrumental in bringing aboard customers, old and new, to RIM's new platform of BlackBerry 10. Although she has announced that she is leaving at the end of the year, she will still be around as an adviser to help the team transition to BlackBerry 10.

“Robin has been an outstanding CIO and has built a world class organization,” RIM CEO Thorsten Heins said. “Her team has diligently prepared us for the launch of BlackBerry 10 and beyond, and I will remain deeply grateful for her leadership and commitment.”

HELP!!!!!! Z10 is really messed up.

If all else fails, you may need to intentionally brick your phone. You can achieve this by running the Auto Loader you downloaded. As soon as it begins
