  • RIM CEO Thorsten Heins Will Kick Off Keynote At BlackBerry Jam Americas

RIM has let us know today that CEO Thorsten Heins will open the keynote at BlackBerry Jam Americas San Jose on the 25th of Sept, 2012, at 8:30am PST. We weren't sure if Heins would be there to address the growing group of BlackBerry 10 developers. Generally RIM CEO's don't attend developer events like this unless something big will be revealed. We are hoping for something big, but could also just be that Thorsten is a man of the people, which he has shown to be in the past as he connects with BlackBerry users better than ex CEO's Jim Balsillie and Mike Lazaridis ever did. So, other than a good CEO pep-talk, we may not get anything big at all.

    Other keynote speakers will be:

    • Alec Saunders, Vice President, Developer Relations & Ecosystem Development, Research In Motion.
    • Christopher Smith, Vice President, Application Platform & Tools, Research In Motion.
    • Don Lindsay, Vice President, User Experience Design, Research In Motion.
    • Martyn Mallick, Vice President, Global Alliances & Business Development, Research In Motion.

I'l be there live at the event, as well as my fellow Editor, AgentBlackBerry to bring you all the goods right from the ground. We'll be doing the usual live tweeting from the @BlackBerryOS Twitter account, and being our usual super nerdy BB selves. For more info on the event, head on over to http://www.blackberryjamconference.c...eakers/keynote.

Let us know in the comments if you will be attending the BlackBerry Jam Americas event this Sept 25th-27th!

    Wallpaper for Passport available?

All suggestions are welcome, I'd just like to fix the issue quickly, and without having to PURCHASE anything.

    ABOUT THE BATTERY

Sounds like a battery issue. Get yourself a new battery and hopefully, that will solve your problem. If you've already done that, try reloading your os.
