• An Open Letter From a RIM Employee

    No doubt RIM is going through a turbulent time right now. Sometimes when a company goes through these times, tensions rise in house and can cause a terrible division from within. Other times, the same tension could cause certain things to be brought to light that may not have been discussed before. BGR has apparently received an open letter from a RIM employee addressed to the top guys. The letter has an honest, fresh and fairly smart point of view on RIM's future, in which this RIM employee begs Mike and Jim to focus on user experience first among other key aspect of future innovation.

    I figured it out. Under settings/keyboard the Keypress Pop-up was set to off.

    BB z 10 Factory reset

    A factory reset will wipe your phone and reload the os. If there are os updates available, you'll be prompted to download them when your phone is finished
