After trying to upgrade OS on BB 9930, it now only blinks when i try to reboot:(:(HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am having a prob with my bb 9930, i was upgrading my OS and then at the rebooting stage it didnt reboot it just went black and the red light kept flashing
