The SIM card and SD Memory card slots are on the top of the device and if you think about it, it makes logical sense as the slider keyboard seems to take up a good amount of room on the body of the phone. The images also show the Venice running Android Lollipop, which is nothing new but it still does not address the rumors of the Venice being a dual boot device.
I will be the first to admit, I didn't like the idea of another slider phone. The Torch phones were great and I loved both of mine but I felt the form factor of the Passport was the ultimate for BlackBerry devices and I closed my mind to the idea of slider phones.
These images have changed my mind...but, I won't be totally won over until I can hold one in my hands and appreciate it for real.
