  • New BlackBerry 10 OS Images Surface, Shows Homescreen Widgets

    Looks like we are seeing aother glimpse of the much anticipated BB 10 OS. Although the device may look familiar, whats in the picture is something actually very refreshing. The photos are taken from what is said to be an external ad agency's marketing documents. The pictures show what appears to be a QNX based OS running on the current BlackBerry Torch 9860/9810 models. However, the odds are that we wont actually be seeing the BB 10 OS running on the current OS 7 devices. In addition, new homescreen widgets are shown. This gives us a nice little surprise that RIM may indeed be working on some widgets for us.

      Looks ok, The widgets are a bit lame. Video call a huge plus. I love the look of the full app menu.

      ... which means bold touch 9900 is not compatible with these widgets? nah! RIM should start packing up things and leave... they should to something about it....
