• MTS & Rogers Bring LTE Coverage To More Canadians

The one thing I've noticed since I've started using my BlackBerry Z10 is that not everywhere in Ontario (or Canada) has LTE! I've often dropped to HSPA+ while on my commute to work. Luckily, LTE coverage in Canada is expanding on almost a weekly basis.

If you are a Rogers subscriber, you may have noticed that their LTE Max branded network (currently compatible with BlackBerry Q10) – which works with dual frequency 2100 MHz and 2600 MHz bands - has made it's way to several parts of Canada.

    Those locations include:

    • Muskoka, ON
    • Sault Ste. Marie, ON
    • Brooks, Cochrane & Canmore, AB
    • Sydney, NS

Also, Manitoba's MTS has made good on their promise of launching LTE in several locations. This week, you may have noticed LTE coverage become available in Grand Beach and/or Victoria Beach.

If you're a Canadian user, let us which carrier you're using & if you get LTE speeds on a daily basis.
