Earlier this month we reported some images
that had surfaced showing a Verizon Wireless
brand on the top left corner of a BlackBerry Z10 (aka BB10 L-Series) device. We got a lot of feedback in the comments about how if the pictures were indeed legitimate, that the logo placement looked horrible. I mentioned that a good place for a carrier brand would be at the bottom of the device on the back, rather than on the front. Recently leaked photos, which come from Taobao.com, show just that! A Verizon brand on the back cover toward the bottom. However, we still see some of the new photos with the brand in the top left corner.
Let's hope that these photos are someones hand at Adobe Photoshop and not the real deal. That front logo placement needs to go. And as a Verizon subscriber, I'm not too happy if that is what it turns out to be. Looks like I'll need to get out the logo scrubbing kit if so. I'll be sure to post a tutorial on how to do that if need be. As for the logo on the back cover, that can always be replaced by another cover.
