• Get The "4 Weeks To BlackBerry 10" & "Happy 2013" BBM Animated Avatars!

    RIM is staying in tune with the weekly BlackBerry Messenger animated avatars as we progress ever so closer to the BlackBerry 10 launch event on Jan 30th. Now that we are only 4 weeks away, RIM has created a nice looking "4 Weeks To BlackBerry 10" avatar, as well as a "Happy 2013" avatar. Here are the steps to get one of these beauties set as your BBM profile image:

    To change your BBM Display Picture to an animated avatar:
    1. Right-click on the avatar of your choice and select “Save picture as” to save it to your computer.
    2. Email the file to the email address associated with your BlackBerry smartphone.
    3. Open the image on your BlackBerry smartphone.
    4. Press the menu button to “Download Attachment”.
    5. In BBM, set the new file as your profile picture.
