Carriers have been prepping for BlackBerry 10, and now general tech stores, Best Buy and Future Shop in Canada, are starting their own pre-order registrations. The BlackBerry 10 pre-orders are only available in store, not online, so you'll have to make your way to the closest location to you to take advantage of this opportunity.

Blackberry Q 5 availability

I believe that the Q5 will be available in the UK, just not in the North American market (USA, Canada).
