    Former RIM Senior Director of Global Developer Relations and friend to BBOS, Mike Kirkup, talks with Canadian News Network, CTV, about RIM's current situation and how this has affected the Waterloo community where they are headquartered. Mike goes into a little about what part of the community has been affected the most, and how those RIM employees that will be laid off will be able to deal with the job cuts. For those who don't know, since his resignation from RIM, Mike Kirkup is now the Director of Velocity @uWaterloo, and continues to work on his startup, NextUp Labs.

    I figured it out. Under settings/keyboard the Keypress Pop-up was set to off.

    BB z 10 Factory reset

    A factory reset will wipe your phone and reload the os. If there are os updates available, you'll be prompted to download them when your phone is finished
