In my opinion next to Thorsten Heins, as the most important person at RIM, is Frank Boulben. As the Chief Marketing Officer, he is the man who is in charge of shaping the image of BlackBerry 10 phone and how exactly you will see it. His job is to get people to look at BlackBerry in a new light and buy the phone. He is selling BlackBerry and trying to break RIM out of it’s marketing vacuum.
Forbes.com has interviewed Mr. Boulben about just what an important job he has bringing the BlackBerry brand back to life. Frank touts his experience in working with carriers and says that the comeback of RIM could be the “biggest comeback in tech history.” After watching the video, you will be excited (if you weren’t already) about the new face of BlackBerry and BlackBerry 10.
