If you thought BlackBerry's stronghold in the enterprise world was going to dwindle, think again. News out of the U.K. today points to another major deal completed for BlackBerry. This time, it's with the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust. The deal includes 700 BlackBerry Z10s right off the bat with another 1,100 devices being distributed throughout the rest of 2013.
Earlier this week, BlackBerry also signed a deal with the German government, another huge milestone for the continued comeback of the Canadian giant. That deal netted the European country around 5,000 BlackBerry Z10s for its governmental staff.
Industry analysts and the street seem to agree that these two recent wins for BlackBerry could be the start of a big shift to BlackBerry 10 for many enterprises and businesses alike. At the time of publishing, $BBRY is up over 6%.
