A few months ago, RIM mentioned that the BlackBerry 10 phones would be available in different colors not seen for a BlackBerry before. Well, it looks like they may be taking off their black and silver tinted glasses and actually seeing the world in color. Leaked photos of a new BlackBerry branded headset have emerged.
Seeing these headsets for the first time and counting on RIM's word that the new BlackBerry phones will be "on time" (Q1, 2013), it may mean that RIM is making the BlackBerry 10 more colorful and broadening the spectrum of attractiveness to consumers. Could this be a range of colors that the phones will be in?
The German website MacBerry.de also posted images of a standalone Bluetooth speaker in two colors that seems to be able to clip to objects that make it just as mobile as your BlackBerry phone. The speaker includes a built in microphone to make it a speakerphone in your car or wherever you travel.
If these Bluetooth devices actually see the light of day in the consumer marketplace, this is another signal that RIM is readying itself in the smartphone battlefield by making their devices and accessories more appealing.
