The BlackBerry 10 Jam Montreal event will be running in conjunction with the International Startup Festival this year. The event, all about the business of Startups, begins on July 11th, and runs until July 13th. The focus will be on sectors such as, mobility, social networking, gaming, ect. There will be many veterans and new faces, as wall as entrepreneurs and technologists from all around the world.
As a sponsor of the International Startup Festival, RIM will be offering all BlackBerry 10 Jam Montreal attendees discounted passes to the festival. Prices are as follows:

All International Startup Festival attendees sign up to pitch their company or ideas to VC investors. The first and second place winners from the BlackBerry 10 Jam Lightning Pitches will be given free All Access passes to the festival and a dedicated expo time in the mobility tent.
