One of my favorite things about being a BlackBerry user is the social community that comes along with being #teamBlackBerry. A huge part of this community is the @BlackBerryHelp team on twitter. As the twitter handle name suggests, they control an account specifically dedicated to helping anyone and everyone with any issue with their beloved BB. It's not an easy job (trust me, look up some of the tweets they're sent daily), but they do their best to guide all questions in a timely manner.
Today, they let us know that they've officially hit the 1,000,000 followers milestone, and to celebrate they're going to be doing something special on Thursday, November 1st, on Twitter.
