BlackBerry World and BlackBerry Bridge pushed a new update moments ago filled with loads of useful new features.
In the case of BlackBerry Bridge, the only improvement made is a very welcome one for those of us who still use our PlayBooks on a regular basis. Bridge now allows for incoming notifications to come through on the PlayBook while connected to your BlackBerry 10 device via Bridge.
BlackBerry World however is making improvements in how you can find and uninstall new apps relocating the "add bookmark" menu option to the content bar and having an "uninstall" button visible on apps that you have installed already and realize you no longer need. Here is the full rundown of the updates to BlackBerry World:
- Search suggestions are now available to help you easily find content you want
- Add Bookmark now appears on the action bar gibing you a faster way to build lists of items you want to download at a later time.
- There is an Uninstall option on the content details page to make it easiser to remove apps that you no longer want.
