BlackBerry Travel is a must-have app for any BlackBerry 10 user who regularly travels. You may have noticed earlier this week that the BlackBerry Travel app started experiencing issues, causing it to no longer be working.
BlackBerry has acknowledged the issue in knowledge base article KB36645. BlackBerry lists the issue as follows:
“When attempting to sign in to the BlackBerry Travel app on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone, after entering your login credentials (email address and password), a spinning circle icon appears and the login does not complete.”
BlackBerry does not have an ETA for a resolution to the login problem. In the meantime, you can always use the BlackBerry Travel website as a workaround.
