We are finally getting a clearer image of what to expect from the rumored BlackBerry Oslo smartphone. After getting a render in mid-April, N4BB has leaked images of the rumored Passport-like device connected to a computer. As noted by N4BB, the device will have identical specs (2.2GHz MSM8974 Snapdragon processor, 13 MP Camera, 3 GB RAM, 3450 mAh battery) of the Passport but in a steel frame/silver plastic form factor. In all honesty, this device is simply a granular modification from the original Passport.
The BlackBerry Oslo is currently running 10.3.2.2150, which is considered to be the rumored Gold Candidate OS version. As previously mentioned, the device will be targeted to the EMEA and APAC regions.
As far as software goes, the Oslo is sporting a final build of OS 10.3.2 (Gold Candidate version 10.3.2.2150), like rumors previously suggested.
As more information becomes available, we will pass it along.
