The last quarter has been anything but a smooth transition for BlackBerry's India office, but there is finally some light at the end of the tunnel. According to FirstPost, BlackBerry India has appointed Narendra Nayak as its new Managing Director. Mr Nayak joins BlackBerry after an 18 month stint at LinguaNext Technologies as Executive Vice-President. He has also held previous Director or Vice-President positions at IBM India, as well as Motorola India.
Mr Nayak is replacing Sunil Lalvani (Managing Director) left in June 2015 to become Vice President of Qualcomm and President of Qualcomm India.
Do you think the Mr Nayak will be able to successfully gain some market-share with the BlackBerry PRIV in Indian markets? Let us know in the comments below!
