  • BlackBerry Demoing Cross-Platform BBM At Toronto International Film Festival

While many of you are patiently waiting for BBM to finally go officially cross-platform, BlackBerry has decided to tease us all a bit with some public demos at Toronto International Film Festival.

After attending today's Industry Panel on Digital Distribution at the BlackBerry Experience building in Toronto, we just happened to notice a Samsung Galaxy S4 on display, which seemed a bit odd for a BlackBerry building. Upon further inspection, we notice that the whole wall was dedicated to the upcoming BBM4ALL launch, which is supposed to happen within the next few weeks.

The app runs very fluidly and smooth on both iOS and Android, but it certainly feels more at home when using it on a BlackBerry smartphone. The actual BBM app does not seem much different in terms of UI on iPhone or Android, but we are able to confirm that these iterations of BBM will be BBID-based to register.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide any videos of the app in action this time, but if you'd like to get a glimpse of BBM4ALL yourself, don't forget to stop by BlackBerry Experience building this week, at the corner of King & Blue Jays Way.

    Wallpaper for Passport available?

All suggestions are welcome, I'd just like to fix the issue quickly, and without having to PURCHASE anything.

    ABOUT THE BATTERY

Sounds like a battery issue. Get yourself a new battery and hopefully, that will solve your problem. If you've already done that, try reloading your os.
