Yep, you read it, RIM officially announced the BlackBerry Bold Touchscreen in a press release today, which (I guess) everyone was waiting for. The Bold 9900/9930 will feature a Touchscreen and a QWERTY keypad-although I'm not so sure that it will work properly on what looks like a small screen to work with. In spite of this, I am PUMPED at this announcement, of all the awesome specs the Bold will have. All the rumored specs are now shown to be true:

8 GB on-board memory...that's just crazy! With the 1.2 GHz processor, I think this will be one speedy phone. HD Video Recording, BlackBerry OS7...wow. I just can't wait for the release of this phone!
