BlackBerry 10.2 SDK Beta Now Available, Includes Android 4.2 Jelly Bean Compatibility

The much anticipated BlackBerry 10.2 SDK update is now available. The update is right on target with BlackBerry's announcement at BlackBerry Live. The updates includes enhancements to BlackBerry 10 native SDK as well as the Air and Android run-time environments. Perhaps the most anticipated update is to the Android run-time environment, that now includes support for Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean).

In addition there are are also BlackBerry 10.2 SDK OS updates for BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha B and C testing devices. There are a ton of new things provided in this release so be sure to check out the official release notes for more information.
