The excitement quickly turned into frustration as many people have been having their order cancelled with little or no explanation. Statements like the device being out of stock or your payment was unable to be processed were among the number of explanations that users have been receiving from Best Buy. I was able to get a Best Buy representative on the phone and they stated that corporate had "cancelled all BlackBerry PlayBook orders". Forum posts regarding the issue have been quickly popping up over at the official Best Buy Forums. Clearly somethings going on. Whats going on with Best Buy? Do they have the device or not?
