BBM Hackathon Event 2011 NYC Comes to an End

Its so sad to post this, however BBM Hackathon was last week and we are out of stuff to share with you. In light of the entire experience we have made a mash-up of our raw footage and put together a great video for you to see. Jammed with jokes (Check out 48 Secs in!!! *Inside joke from the event*), hard working developers, RIM employees and a great Black Eyed Peas song... This is a most see video. Beware though, you might get motion sickness! lol

On a side note, I would like to say a quick thank you to RIM for allowing BBOS to join in the event. We had a great time and were able to get some great information for our readers! I would also like to thank all the developers that were kind enough to sit down and tell us about their unreleased apps.

The information we received has renewed my faith in RIM as a long standing SmartPhone company. RIM is going no where guys! With an attitude like RIM's and community is sure to stay in their favor. It is great to see them step up and offer their assistance to the many developers that game to BBM Hackathon to learn. Lets remember, as fun as this event was, it was a learning tool for the developers.

Lets hope they learned a lot and they have some great new apps for us to see soon. Thank you again for following us with all the BBM Hackathon Event news, and look for BlackBerryOS at Devcon!
