• BBM 7.0.0.130 Now Available In The Beta Zone

    [Update]     Some users were experiencing issues when attempting to download BBM v7.0.0.130. If you still haven't been able to, clear your browser's cache or do a battery pull, and try to download it again.

    BBM 7 has been a hit so far, and the next iteration of our favorite messaging app is now hitting the Beta Zone. BlackBerry Messenger v7.0.0.130 finally brings with it support for OS 5 and some performance enhancements as well.

    Technically, this BBM program is for v7.0.1 , so when entering the program don't be surprised if you see that difference, between 7.0.1 and the download 7.0.0.130. This will be fixed with the next release of BBM in the Beta Zone.

    So, what's new with BBM 7.0.1?

    • Support for devices running OS 5.0
    • Faster call setup for BBM Voice sessions
    • Improved device accessory handling (Bluetooth and headset integration)
    • BBID setup and integration improvements
