Thread: swipe up on 10.1 z10

hi all

i noticed after i upgraded to the official 10.1 on my z10 that the swipe up gesture requires a more precise action maybe? not sure if i am explaining it right. previously on 10.0 i could have swiped up alittle more freely now i have to maybe take my time abit more?

Is it just me?

so it's been 5 days....is it you or is there a real difference in swiping? Sometimes, os's just need a little time to settle in?

No its the same. I think you have to be abit more precise with the swipe up now for switching between programs. I find it alittle annoying when I have the keyboard up.

I'm with (sic) Verizon, so I don't have an official os update yet. But, I loaded the latest leaked 10.1 on my spare Z and haven't noticed a difference. So, I dunno?

Strange, I get the opposite experience after update?

Is this throughout the entire OS or just on particular apps?

Devs have the ability to make the swipe area smaller to help prohibit accidental swipes (mostly for games)
