Thread: How do u transfer text messages & email from BB Storm II to Z10 - BB Link doesn't copy them?

The BB link says it copies all the data, but it does not copy text messages or email from the BB Storm II to the Z10. It copies them from the BB Storm II to the backup, but it does not copy them from the backup to the Z10. Have worked with BB Support and they have not been able to figure our why the BB link doesn't copy the text & email down from the backup to the Z10.

Interesting and quite frustrating for you it sounds like. I wish I had an answer for you. As far as your emails, you should be able to bring up a month's worth when you fire up your account on the Z10. Maybe take all of your inbox emails, put them in an email folder and bring the folder back up on your Z?
