For some reason bb-10 don't let me add my yahoo email account all my information is correct I checked them 100 times I always get a message telling me that my information is wrong so frustrated need help

I setup my contacts by last name but it's not working any ideas?

Try rebooting your device. If still nothing. Try checking for a OS update for your device. Go to... Settings... Software Updates.
