I recently bought an unlocked Verizon Blackberry Tour 9630 which is unlocked. But I have got three problems that I thought you could help me with. My carrier is Airtel, Zambia.
First, my carrier are having problems in giving me data access because they say it is a Verizon phone and so it can not work?
Secondly, I can not access my carrier's service commands for top ups or checking my account balances e.g. *114# or *113* top up recharge number#. These services can not work on this phone. What should I do?
Thirdly, the phone does not have a browser?
I would appreciate your response in this regard.
